  • A strong technical, business development and stakeholder engagement professional, Henry has extensive work experience in diverse jurisdictions, including various roles in Ghana, United States, England, Canada, Australia and the Sultanate of Oman spanning from mining engineering, mineral economics, operational improvement, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, mining policy and investment analysis.
  • Served on various Executive Committees and Boards in Canada, Sultanate of Oman and Ghana.
  • A fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (the AusIMM) and presented at various international mining conferences.
  • His consultancy and advisory work has covered Gold, Copper, Iron Ore, Coal, Bauxite – Alumina, industrial minerals and value adding for resource-based industrialization, as well as assisting companies to raise funds for project development, auditing of mine plans, conducting reviews of Qualified Persons sign offs and leading due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
