What this covers

Our civil works division serves two demands. On mine sites it delivers the infrastructure production depends on: earthworks, platforms, haul roads, workshops and support buildings, built around a live operation rather than on a clear site.

Off site it delivers commercial and residential development, where we have completed and ongoing projects across Accra and Kumasi that you can go and inspect for yourself.

Scope of work

• Mine infrastructure. Site works, platforms, haul roads, workshops and support buildings.
• Resettlement construction. Housing and community infrastructure associated with mine development.
• Commercial and residential development. Hostels, townhouses, estates and commercial complexes.
• Contracts management and quantity surveying. Held in house rather than subcontracted.
• Procurement. Works, goods and services across the full programme.

How we run it

Our Project Lead brings over 25 years in construction, with a background spanning resettlement, mining infrastructure development and management, contracts management and quantity surveying, and a proven track record in the procurement of works, goods and services.

Delivered and current work includes a completed 260-room hostel in the KNUST enclave in Kumasi, a townhouse development under construction in Accra, a 600-room hostel and commercial complex at the University of Ghana, Legon, and a 35-acre estate development at Kwadwokrom near Pokuase.
