What this covers

We hire and lease mining and earth-moving equipment to mines, contractors and construction projects. Terms run from short-term cover for a production peak or an unplanned breakdown, through to contract-length leases sized to a project and its programme.

We run the same classes of equipment on our own operations and civil works contracts. We hire out what we use ourselves.

Standing arrangements with reputable equipment suppliers let us source and mobilise units within a reasonable window rather than quoting against stock we do not hold.

The equipment knowledge sits at board level. Our board includes over fifteen years at Epiroc and Atlas Copco, covering Underground Business Manager for North America, Business Line Manager for Underground Rock Excavation, and Regional Business Manager for Asia and Australia, alongside ten years as a Drilling and Plant Hire Superintendent at Downer. That is unusual depth for an equipment hire counterparty in this market, and it shows in how we match a machine to an application and support it once it is on site.
